2. Scope of Services

We Developz provides professional web design, development, branding, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in each project proposal or agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Stripe, Wise Business, bank transfer (Mercury Bank).

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable as they secure project time and resources.

  • Refunds apply only if We Developz fails to deliver services as outlined in the signed proposal.

  • In case of cancellation by the client, completed work up to the date of cancellation must be paid in full.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (designs, code, content) transfers to the client.

  • We Developz retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

  • Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback.

  • Ensure they have the rights to use all materials provided to We Developz.

  • Delays in providing content or approvals may extend the project timeline.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business strategies, and any sensitive data shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We Developz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

  • We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (hosting, domain, payment processors, etc.).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms. Outstanding invoices must be paid in full before termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
